Solely to match you with job opportunities and run the hiring process you asked us to run. With your separate consent, we also send role alerts.

Who sees it

Your profile and CV are shared with a prospective employer only after you are shortlisted for a specific role. We never sell your data.

Where it lives & how long

Data is stored on infrastructure located in India (AWS Mumbai region via Supabase). Dormant candidate data is reviewed at 24 months and deleted or re-consented.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent, or delete your account at any time by emailing talent@jobcrowai.com. We action requests within 7 days.
